ONLINE ORDER POLICY: 

We are a boutique artisan studio and all of our items are handmade.  Online orders typically take 3 weeks to fulfill and ship out.  Circumstances beyond our control may increase this time.  If you need something immediately, please contact us before you place an order online.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY: 

Custom orders are taken throughout the year and they are completed between January and June of the FOLLOWING YEAR.  This is due to our Show Season and time spent on the road.  

For example:  If you order a custom highland skirt at the Maryland Renaissance Festival in July 2023 - you can expect to receive your order no later than the end of June 2024.
