As with all of our boned items, we use only spring steel because it’s the best, and the backside is lined in coutil - that’s a French word meaning dang expensive corset lining that won’t stretch, no matter what! The top and curved bottom of the stomacher is piped in leather. This stomacher is held in place by your vest or corset lacing, so it slips in place. Best worn with a Lady Hawk Corset - soon to be on our website. (It works with most front lacing corsets or bodices.)
